Rare Tiara's and delays

Hi jammers! Rare monday is here! It is another rare color. It is a black tiara. It is on the second to last page in jamma clothing just in case you can't find it. Here's a picture of it:

There is also a delay. The member item was given to people through out the day not all at once so some people had it and some didn't. I was one of the first. When I was in jamma town-ship I saw some people saying they would never get it. But they did eventually. Anyway the gift was a cocoa machine like the one in the cocoa hut!
